Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, with rings bearing their white tag, unused, unworn, undamaged and suitable for resale.
If these conditions are not met, no refund or credit will be issued.
Jewelry that is damaged, scratched or incomplete will not be refunded.

To preserve the shine of your Cabirol piece, we recommend handling it with care.
We advise against wearing it during activities such as sport, swimming or time at the beach or pool, or any hands-on activities like gardening, cooking, cleaning or DIY.
Avoid wearing your jewelry when washing your hands, showering, bathing, or using a sauna or hammam.
We also recommend avoiding exposure to high temperatures, as temperature changes may damage the lacquer, corrosive or chemical products found in cosmetics like perfume or makeup, and any impact or pressure.
The golden finish will naturally fade over time, this is part of normal wear and will depend on how well you care for your piece.
You can clean your Cabirol jewelry by gently wiping it with a soft cloth.
How to measure the circumference of your finger
The easiest way is to use a measuring tape. Wrap it around the thickest part of your finger.
If your finger measures 5.22 cm in circumference, your ring size is 52 — simply multiply your measurement in centimeters by 10.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string or a printable measuring strip. Wrap it around your finger, mark the meeting point, and measure it with a ruler to find your circumference. And that’s it.
A few tips to help you choose the right size
Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it might be slightly swollen.
Measure the correct finger — remember, finger sizes can vary from one hand to the other.
Consider your knuckles. As a general rule, measure the thickest part of your finger. The goal is to choose a ring that slides over your knuckle without effort.
If you’re between two sizes, we recommend going for the larger one.
